October Hadrians Wall Fundraiser
IRC are looking for volunteers to take part in a sponsored walk along the route of Hadrian’s Wall on the weekend of 17th-20th October 2008.

Flood rescue equipment donated
Following on from our work in the Hull Summer Floods last year, the Mothers Union Diocese of York have decided to purchase the corps some flood rescue equipment - dry suits and lifejackets worth £4,000.
China Team Leaders Report
Our mission attempt in response to the earthquake in China in May. Ten members fly almost half-way around the world in an attempt to help with search and rescue efforts but are eventually turned back through bureaucracy.
